
Purple Chef™ Marma-Lava is
great to have on hand when you want a quick luncheon dish or
hors d'oeuvre.
Spread 1/4 cup of Marma-Lava on a flour tortilla and top with lots of Vermont cheddar. Sprinkle with whole cilantro leaves. Top with a second tortilla. Grill in dry frying pan until brown. Cut in eighths and serve warm along with mugs of frosty cold beer.
Spread Marma-Lava on your bread. Layer fresh sliced tomatoes, fresh mozzarella
and fresh basil leaves. Top with a second slice of bread. Grill until bread
is browned and serve immediately.
